Abby is an E-RYT 500 hour certified hatha yoga teacher and Ayurvedic Health Counselor trained through the Himalayan Institute. She loves teaching people of all ages and abilities different ways to connect to their bodies and find more peace within through movement, breath work, relaxation, and meditation. She believes in the importance of proper alignment, slowing down and moving with intention.  She is also known for her focus on subtle body practices and often incorporates agni sara, aswini mudra, and mula bandha into her classes.  She believes that your yoga practice should meet you where you are, and support you beyond your mat. 

Off of the mat, Abby is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She weaves a holistic mindfulness approach into her psychotherapy and incorporates mind-body awareness practices as a way for her clients to connect to their inner resources and feel more at peace.
